These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and TRACEROUTE PTY LTD (ABN 53 657 230 343) ("ASINcentre", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the ASINcentre platform at asincentre.com and related services.
By creating an account or using ASINcentre, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
ASINcentre is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that connects to your Amazon Seller Central account via the Amazon Selling Partner API (SP-API) and Amazon Advertising API to provide analytics, reporting, inventory tracking, and advertising management tools.
Our service is intended for Amazon sellers and agencies managing Amazon seller accounts. We provide read-only analytics and reporting. Any automated actions (such as bid adjustments via automation rules) are performed on your behalf only with your explicit configuration and consent.
To use ASINcentre you must create an account. You agree to:
You must be at least 18 years of age to use ASINcentre. By registering, you represent that you meet this requirement.
ASINcentre offers a 7-day free trial to new users. During the trial period:
At the end of the trial, you may choose to subscribe to a paid plan. If you do not subscribe, your account will be paused. We will retain your data for 30 days after trial expiry before deletion.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue free trial offers at any time.
Plans: ASINcentre offers monthly subscription plans as described on our pricing page. Prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable.
Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. By providing payment details you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis.
Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial months.
Price changes: We will provide at least 30 days notice of any price increases via email before they take effect.
Failed payments: If a payment fails, we will attempt to retry the charge. If payment cannot be collected, your account will be suspended until payment is resolved.
All payments are processed by Stripe. By using ASINcentre, you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.
By connecting your Amazon account to ASINcentre, you:
You can revoke our API access at any time through your Amazon Seller Central account. ASINcentre complies with all Amazon Marketplace Web Service (MWS) and SP-API usage policies.
ASINcentre is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon.com, Inc. or its subsidiaries.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice or refund.
ASINcentre and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by TRACEROUTE PTY LTD and are protected by Australian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Your data remains yours. We claim no ownership over the data you bring from your Amazon account or enter into the platform. By using ASINcentre, you grant us a limited licence to process your data for the purpose of providing the service.
ASINcentre retrieves data directly from Amazon's APIs. While we strive to display accurate information, we cannot guarantee that all data is complete, accurate, or up to date. Amazon's API may experience delays, outages, or return incomplete data.
You should not rely solely on ASINcentre data for critical business decisions without independent verification. We are not liable for decisions made based on data displayed in ASINcentre.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ASINcentre and TRACEROUTE PTY LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use the service.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
ASINcentre is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
We may suspend or terminate your access to ASINcentre at any time if you breach these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and contacting us to delete your data.
Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.
Nothing in these Terms affects your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email and by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of ASINcentre after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
